Q: My turntable is not spinning, how do I make it spin?
A: Please make sure that the turntable is plugged into power
A: Make sure the power/volume control knob is turned clockwise past the point at which it makes a clicking sound
A: Make sure the tone arm is positioned in order to be dropped into a record groove using the tone arm lever.
Q: My turntable is spinning but there is no sound coming out of the speakers?
A: Make sure that the white protective stylus cover has been removed from the cartridge.
A: Increase the volume by turning the power/volume knob clockwise as it may be too low.
A: Confirm that there is nothing plugged into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the rear of the player.
A: Check the position of the stylus to insure it has not shifted out of it proper position.
Q: My turntable sounds like it is playing too fast or too slowly.
A: Check to confirm the speed control switch is correctly set for the record being played (33 1/3, 45, or 78 RPM)
Q: My turntable continues to spin even after a record has finished playing.
A: Flip the auto stop control switch into the on position to stop the record from spinning after the last track has finished.
Q: How do I play a record with a large hole in the center?
A: Included with your record player is a 45 RPM adapter, put this on the record players center spindle and then you should be able to play these 45 RPM records.
Q: I have headphones plugged in, but no sound is coming from my headphones.
A: Make sure that the white protective stylus cover has been removed from the cartridge.
A: Increase the volume by turning the power/volume knob clockwise as it may be too low.
A: Confirm that there is nothing plugged into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the rear of the player.
A: Check the position of the stylus to ensure it has not shifted out of it proper position.
A: Make sure that the RCA outputs are not plugged in at the same time.
Q: The RCA outs are plugged in, but no sound is coming from my external speaker system.
A: Make sure that the white protective stylus cover has been removed from the cartridge.

Q: How do I tell if I need to purchase a replacement needle?
A: If you are hearing distortion, it is usually due to a worn-out stylus. The life of any stylus is dependent on use and care of both the turntable and the records you play on it. Under normal use, a stylus should last for approximately 480-600 hours of record play.
Q: How to I replace the needle?
A: Detailed instruction about replacing the needle is located in the owner’s manual.
Q: Where is the warranty information?
A: The Warranty and other information about your turntable can be found in the owner’s manual that came with your turntable.
Q: I lost my owner’s manual, how can I get a new one?
